CRIME WATCH - October 8, 2021 - Prostitution is now an ongoing operation in the alleys behind the Third Street Promenade. Another set of prostitutes operate on Broadway between Ocean Avenue and 5th Street, outside Santa Monica Place.
LAUSD WATCH - The issue of uncollected overallocation fees owed to the LAUSD by charter schools that occupy space on public school campuses under PROP-39 was first brought up by Board Member Bennett Kayser.

RANTZ & RAVEZ-California voters have voted to retain Gavin Newsom as their Governor. With over 60% voting NO on the Recall, his victory clearly shows the future direction of California in the coming years.
NEIGHBORHOOD POLITICS-Here’s a question: Do the LA City Redistricting Commissioners think that the San Fernando Valley doesn’t care about redistricting, or is it that the residents are not aware of redistricting?
SOUTH OF THE 10 - Residents continue to fume about the citywide parking permit program, which was implemented to address parking and traffic related issues, which the City is scheduled to begin enforcing October 1.
VOICES-The Los Angeles City Department of Transportation and past and current Los Angeles CD 14 staff members ignored their constituents’ concerns and recommendations which led to a massive power outage on August 12, 2021, in our Northeast Los Angeles area.
