Join Amy Homma (Director, Academy Museum of Motion Pictures), Hal Bastian ("Mr. Downtown"), and Mayor Karen Bass for keynote addresses at this year's Congress of Neighborhoods. The 14th edition will feature a day of workshops, panel discussions, networking, and community empowerment.
