The Great Pumpkin Bash!
Get ready for The Great Pumpkin Bash event! Compost your Halloween pumpkins and reuse your Halloween costumes at Pan Pacific Park on Sunday, November 5, 2023, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Visit the Los Angeles Dodgers’ Strike Zone, Pumpkin Smashing Zone, and drop off any of your e-waste with Homeboy Industries.
Take advantage of:
FREE giveaways such as shade trees, compost kitchen pails, mulch bags, pumpkin-themed snacks, pumpkin spice lattes, and other beverages (while supplies last)
Raffles for rain barrels and compost/worm bins
Education at our gardening and composting workshops will be provided by LA Compost, Urban Forestry Division, Athens, Hollywood Food Coalition, Urban Gardener Steve List, Melrose Trading Post, plus many more
Booths featuring over 30 exhibitors
Other activations include: face-painting, free minor bike repairs, and bounce houses
