   The Commission will hear public testimony on agenda items.

3. (3)  FINDINGS TO CONTINUE TELECONFERENCE MEETINGS PURSUANT TO ASSEMBLY BILL 361

   Determination in accordance with AB 361 Section 3(e)(3) that the state of emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as originally proclaimed by the Governor on March 4, 2020, remains active and/or state or local officials have imposed or recommended measures to promote social distancing, and that the circumstances of the state of emergency continue to directly impact the ability of the members to meet safely in person and/or state or local officials continue to impose or recommend measures to promote social distancing.

   Item is for Discussion and Action.

4. (4)  EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT

   Marta A. Segura, Executive Director, Climate Emergency Mobilization Commission (CEMC), will provide progress on latest accomplishments, and updates on the Climate Equity LA Series Community Assembly programming.

   Announcements from Commissioners and CEMO staff.

6. (6)  ADJOURNMENT

   A Special meeting of the Climate Emergency Mobilization Commission is currently planned for January 10, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
