Rosewood Gardens Community Clean-up this Saturday!

Join Us for a Community Clean-up this Saturday!

Join us for a clean-up event of Rosewood Gardens in the heart of the Fairfax District on Saturday, March 26th from 8:30am - 10:00am. Rosewood Gardens is the park at the northeast corner of Rosewood and Fairfax Avenues (adjacent to Fairfax High School).

Volunteers will remove trash/debris, perform light gardening, and sweep Rosewood Gardens park and the surrounding area. Sign-up to volunteer by clicking here.

In order to keep everyone as safe as possible, volunteers are encouraged to wear masks when volunteering. Volunteers are also encouraged to wear comfortable shoes, sunblock and/or hat, and bring a reusable water bottle. Coffee (donated by Cofax) and light snacks will be available for volunteers.

This clean-up will kick-off a beautification project of Rosewood Gardens that will culminate in a mural installation by the nonprofit Inner City Arts (to be completed by June 30, 2022). This beautification project is supported by Mid City West Neighborhood Council and funded by the City of Los Angeles 'Keep LA Beautiful' grant program and donors including Councilmember Paul Koretz and Hackman Capital Partners.
