Discussion and possible motion/Community Impact Statements with respect to AB1401 regarding pending State legislation which would prohibit a city or county from imposing minimum parking requirements on all developments located within one-half mile of a “major transit stop” or a “high quality transit corridor” – Barry Johnson (10 min).
