2. Motion: Approve October 16, 2020 Public Works & Telecommunications Committee meeting Minutes.

4. Chair Report – Update by Chair, Patricia Murphy

5. Discussion and Possible Motion: Review and confirm the Public Works & Telecommunications

   committee mission statement.

6. Discussion and Possible Motion: Review and confirm the Public Works & Telecommunications

   committee 2021Goals and Priorities.

7. Discussion and Possible Motion: Plan priorities for 2020. Discussion and identification of

   committee member commitments to assist the achievement of the 2021 Goals/Priorities. For example, each committee member to identify two Department/Agency community liaisons they will connect with and invite them to attend a 2021 PW/T committee meeting.

8. Local CD4 Update: Discussion on Local District 4 open projects – Sunset Plaza DWP pipe replacement project and the Miller Drive BNE project.

9. Local CD4 Update: Discussion on Local District 5 open projects – Sunset Blvd Trunkline Project.

10. Good of the Order / Other items to agendize within jurisdiction of these committees
