In conformity with the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20 (March 17, 2020) and due to concerns over COVID- 19, all Commission meetings will be conducted entirely telephonically.

Speakers are limited to a maximum of one (1) minute on a single agenda item or two (2) minutes on multiple agenda items, for a maximum of two (2) minutes. The total time allotted to an individual for public comments may be further limited by the Commission in order to accommodate the number of public comment speaker cards submitted or if the Commission may lose a quorum.
