   1. Discussion and possible action to approve October 2019 Monthly Expenditure Report (MER).

   2. Discussion and possible action regarding $2200 NPG from Lowkrantz Special Education Center for Life Jacket-Adapted speciality equipment for handicapped students to access the hydro-therapy pool at the school. Also for aquatic ankle weights to be used in the pool.
