On Wednesday join us at our monthly HOPE meeting where we will be hosting a forum for neighborhood council candidates. And on Saturday commit to casting your vote in the neighborhood council election.

Join us at the South LA Peoples' Forum with the Metro CEO, where we will be making demands regarding two big Metro projects in our community (the Crenshaw-LAX Line and Slauson Blvd Tracks bikeway), gentrification, and local hire. We need to be there to show we want the Crenshaw Line to be built underground from 48th to 59th Street, demand policies from Metro to prevent displacement, and make sure people from our community are building the projects. For more information and to RSVP go to http://www.crenshawsubway.org/slaforum
