The time has come to streamline the process for safe,
non-potable water use among all agencies in L.A. County.

The time has come to provide property owners and cities a
direct, consistent guide on use of alternate and on-site water supplies.

The time has come to reduce potable water use to
eliminate dependency on imported water, and
move to a self-sufficient water path.
