Crisis Deepens at Third, Fourth & Rose: Venice Locals Fear Spike in Crime and Encampments

WESTSIDE - Here are new images provided by those in this Venice neighborhood this past weekend.  

The images unfortunately display a definitive backslide of homeless retaking these streets as well as other surrounding blocks to the dismay of resident locals.  

Garbage and new sidewalk encampments now evident as the summer season is now in full effect and one wonders, what can be done to control and detain this reversal of fortune for residents who actually live in Venice, own homes or rent and play by the basic rules of decorum and decency?  

Hopefully city officials will address these concerns as soon as possible.
