Memorial Service Honoring Dr. Edward J. Blakely

His influence was felt globally, from Los Angeles to Australia, and through advisory roles following major disasters including Hurricane Katrina. He is remembered as a passionate educator, a trusted public servant, and a warm mentor committed to improving communities.
