   6.1 – Continued discussion and possible action regarding vehicle exhaust noise (Vehicle Sound Enhancements) and health concerns in our communities. This motion is for our Mayor and Council Members to support our community in controlling this menace that is polluting our neighborhoods. If you are not affected by this, please put yourself in the shoes of families, seniors, and those suffering from PTSD. 6.2 Valley Disaster Fair 2020.    7.1 – The new NTP, Neighborhood Team Program. Utilizes the best aspects of each, LAFD, CERT, EMD, RYLAN, MYN, and LAPD’s NW programs. See attached supporting documents.
