2. Ongoing Discussion of forming an Emergency Plan for Coastal San Pedro

   -Establish assignments to work on Strategic Plans for each element of the Prototype Plan for Alma Park Area Neighborhood Watch.
   -Establish reporting mechanisms for each element.

3. Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items.
