The Public is invited to speak at all meetings, and may be requested to fill out a “Speaker Card.” Comment is limited to two minutes per speaker. In compliance with Government Code section 54957.5, non-exempt writings that are distributed to a majority or all of the board in advance of a meeting, may be viewed at the scheduled meeting. The Atwater Village Neighborhood Council holds its regular meetings on the 2nd Thursday of each month and may also call any additional required special meetings. The Agenda is posted for public review 72 hours prior to meetings at www.atwatervillage.org and at the Atwater Village Branch Library (3379 Glendale Blvd). Committee agendas are also posted accordingly.
