City Council President Herb Wesson to Meet With Sherman Oaks Community

City Council President Herb Wesson will be the featured speaker at a free Community Meeting of the Sherman Oaks Homeowners Association on Wednesday evening, January 18. It will take place at 7:15 pm at Notre Dame High School, 13645 Riverside Drive, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423 (Woodman & Riverside).

Richard Close, President of the Association, explained that City Council President Herb Wesson is considered to be one of the most powerful Los Angeles City officials. He previously was Speaker of the California Assembly.

“Many people consider Council President Herb Wesson as the most powerful elected official in Los Angeles. He will explain what action is being taken to build better relationships between City Hall and our Communities. Also he will discuss the homeless problem solutions and proposed marijuana regulations,” Close stated.

The free Community Meeting is open to the general public.
