THE VIEW FROM HERE - When Trump and Pig Hegseth were committing war crimes by using military aircraft disguised as civilian planes to murder Caribbean boat people, Trump declared that next he would use the US military on the “enemy’ within,” i.e. US citizens. On January 7, 2026, ICE killed Renee Good, a US citizen by birth; she was a 37 year old mother of three. After her death, Trump designated her a “domestic terrorist” in order to justify her murder. For MAGA persons who think that Trump is defending White America from Brown Americans, Renee Good might as well have been named Mrs. White McWhitewhite, who was exercising her inalienable right of Liberty. So wake up, dumb ass White Supremacists, cross Trump and you too will be dead meat.
Trump is now in the process of declaring war on Greenland, a part of Denmark, which along with the United States is one of the originators of NATO. NATO Article 5 obligates the United States to defend Greenland from an attack by the United States.
Trump asserted that the Danes do not have rights to Greenland just because they landed a boat there 500 years ago. Upon hearing Trump’s new rule of law, the Iroquois Confederacy, composed of the Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, Seneca, and Tuscarora, declared that United States now belongs to them. “By the way,” the tribes added, “Leave that rock where you found it. It’s ours.”
Why does Donald Trump Believe He is Emperor of the World?
In law, a person is legally insane if he does not know that his actions are morally or legally wrong, e.g., Kristi Noem, noted dog murderer. Trump has already told the New York Times in his January 8, 2026 interview, the only morality he recognizes is his own personal morality – “My own morality. My own mind. It’s the only thing that can stop me.” Thus, Trump rejects the all laws and all moral codes. His own whims rule over everything else. The United States Supreme Court has conferred absolute immunity on Trump for his violating any and all criminal laws. Chief Justice John Roberts should go down in history as the dumbest of all judges since he gave Trump the absolute right to murder Chief Justice John Roberts. All Trump has to do is claim he was performing a constitutional duty. See Trump v. United States, 603 U.S. 593 (2024).
It is rumored that on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, Chief Justice Roberts will issue his ruling about Trump’s theft of Congress’ power and right to impose tariffs. Chief Justice Roberts supports turning America into a military dictatorship under innocuous sounding name of Unitary Executive Theory (UET). Unconstitutional from the get-go, the UET holds that the President does not have to follow Congressional laws because his right to enforce laws includes the right to ignore laws and to re-write laws as Trump desires.
Chief Justice Roberts Is Playing with Fire
Because Trump has rejected that he is constrained by any law or any morality other then his own whims, CJ Roberts may have placed his neck on the chopping block. Trump’s favorite tactic is the capricious imposition of tariffs on anyone who displeases him. Just as Trump feels 100% justified in ICE’s murder of Renee Good as a domestic terrorist, CJ Roberts risks a similar fate. Trump’s likely modus operandi is simple: Order the killing of CJ Roberts and then pardon whoever carries out his wish.
If that seems farfetched, remember that Trump is protecting ICE agent Jonathan Ross from even being investigated for his assassination of Renee Good. Mrs. Good certainly posed a far less danger to Trump that CJ Roberts, if Roberts should be so foolish as to rule against Trump in the tariff case, "Learning Resources, Inc. v. Trump.”
Donald Trump and other seriously mentally disturbed dictators have a practice of making their intentions crystal clear. When Trump federalized the California National Guard and sent the US Marines to Los Angeles, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem stated that her official purpose was to overthrow Los Angeles’ duly elected government. Her words were: “We are not going away. We are staying here to liberate the city from the socialists and the burdensome leadership that this governor and that this mayor have placed on this country.” Whereupon the Secret Service physically attacked Sen. Padilla, dragged him from the room, wrestled him to the ground in the hallway and handcuffed California’s lame ass US Senator Alex Padilla. Afterwards, Padilla did nothing about his treatment except make a whiny speech in the Senate. Noem made no apology. Rather Noem defended the attack on Padilla because it is ICE job “to deport violent criminals.”
Alex Padilla was a coward who took action, knowing that after such violence against a US Senator took place in front of the DHS Secretary, Alex Padilla was laying the ground for Renee Good’s murder. Of course, Chief Justice Roberts’ Court certainly merits another honorable in Trump’s war on the “enemy within,” by allowing ICE agents to ethnically profile Mexicans, Noem vs Perdomo (Sep 8, 2026). The day after Renee Good’s death, ICE attacked and took into custody, Jose Roberto “Beto” Ramirez, while refusing to look at his ID. Ramirez is not only was born in Minnesota but was a Native America whose ancestors have been here thousands of years. Justice Roberts encourages this unconstitutional behavior. Who Is the Real Enemy?
Donald Trump is threatening to start a war with NATO member Denmark to militarily seize Greenland despite the fact America is obligated to defend Greenland. America’s real enemy, however, is CJ John Roberts. In declaring that Trump has absolute immunity for breaking any and all criminal laws, CJ Roberts broke with over 3,000 years of Western Civilization that no one, not even a king, is above the law. No one knows how to deal with a Supreme Court which has abrogated not only the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution but also Western Civilization’s most basic values because Chief Justice Roberts and his cohorts similar to the anti-Semitic Heritage Foundation believe that America should be a military dictatorship akin to Nazi Germany. This transformation is no longer a prediction, but it is taking place before our eyes. Like Little Jack Horner, we sit in a corner sucking our thumbs, watching Liberty die.
