FAKE NEWS (Breaking) for January 26, 2018

January 25 2018
Written by Tom (Broken News) Murphy.

#1. The Oscar nominations have been announced. The Academy Awards show will be on March 4th. The producers of the show have asked participants to back off the Trump Bashing this year. The response, so far, has been "Hey, that's all we got."

#2. The women's "We're Enraged Parades" this year featured fewer pink pussy hats. Sources claim they "exclude and are offensive." The Feline Fanciers of Westwood claim cats found them offensive, too and wanted to avoid animal rights complaints.

#3. Judge Judy and CBS are being sued for "breach of contract."  Her fans hope this won't impede their dream of her being appointed to the Supreme Court.

#4. Well, this one caught my eye considering what I'm doing here. Pope Francis says "Fake News" is evil. He didn't say it was a sin. So I won't have to keep track of how many times I committed "Fake News."

#5. Two Los Angeles City Councilmembers announced another effort to remove Billy the elephant from the LA Zoo. A group of LA activists promised to support the Billy the Elephant motion if the City Council would agree to remove some of the many elephants in the City Council chambers.
