WESTSIDE - While Venice is known for the strange and the weird, creepy and offensive shouldn't apply.
Sources in the neighborhood tell me that an out-of-state individual who arrived on Rose Avenue between Third and Fourth has been witnessed performing sexual acts totally naked on this very busy neighborhood street and venue.
According to sources, the car is clean and well-maintained, but the individual is indeed sleeping overnight in the vehicle for at least a week.
Both the LAPD and the office of Councilwoman Traci Park (CD-11) have been informed of the situation.
They have promised to take swift action.
This seems to be habitual behavior as he sits on the passenger side naked for any passerby to see according to eyewitness accounts.
Locals have been redirecting females to avoid passing the car and hopefully this vehicle can be ticketed, impounded or towed as soon as possible.
City Watch LA will monitor the situation and ensure this new "neighbor" is removed from the neighborhood.
