Does Density Equal Virus (Death)?

April 16 2020
Written by Jay Handal.

GUEST COMMENTARY--In looking at the coronavirus stats, it becomes clearer every day that the higher the density in a city, the more cases of the virus.

Los Angeles folks, in the meantime, complain about every new development and the corruption that brings us these high-density projects … along with traffic, noise and sickness (virus).

It is a new reality that density is bringing sickness and in some cases death from the virus.

It is certainly time to reevaluate each and every new development and the process used to approve them.
