Viacom Shelter Advertising: Confusion Reigns

LOS ANGELES

GUEST COMMENTARY--The company that Los Angeles City contracts with to raise revenues by advertising in bus shelters and kiosks advises that a legal cannabis business in a legal brick and mortar store CAN NOT advertise on their street furniture.

BUT, if you are not a brick and mortar store, you can.

Such is the case of EAZE Marijuana delivery service, a company that does not even hold a state license to deliver cannabis.

Why does our city allow this on our streets? Why can this company deliver without a permit?

Why is LA still lawless with hundreds of illegal pot businesses in a shapes and types?

Just asking.
