'Uncommitted' Movement's Indecision on Harris and Rise in Antisemitism Could Help Trump Win

POLITICS

ABE WON’T BE SILENT –

AND I QUOTE: “The “Uncommitted” movement is seeking a change in the Democratic Party’s approach to the war in Gaza. We are not ready to support Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris — while urging voters not to back Republican nominee Donald Trump or third-party candidates who could help Trump win the November election.”

I’m no mathematician, but THAT DOES NOT COMPUTE! All that means is none of them may end up voting, which is truly un-American. To spend this much time hoping that Harris will do less for Israel than what Biden did in terms of support and aid for a critical democracy abroad is like the Hezbollah terrorists—who were holding those beepers—having a circle jerk. My tolerance level for these masked blatant antisemites—no matter what they say—is zero at best.

Being raised by Holocaust survivors gives me a perspective that FEW in this country have. The thought of what Americans—Jewish and otherwise—were doing and saying while the Nazis were killing millions of Jews, gays and assorted undesirables makes me look at these people—seething. I’m riled up because we know that Americans did not want the United States to help Europe during World War II. We held out for WAY TOO LONG! Different circumstances, maybe, but a similar stench of antisemitism, definitely. Were Americans marching in support of the Nazis? We know many in the GOP at that time were pro Hitler, but that’s another story, not for now.

When Trump came down that gold escalator spewing hateful rhetoric, it unleashed the demons. Sadly, some of that has landed on my lap against the tide of masked motherfuckers screaming for the Intifada, Death to America, From the River to the Sea while burning American and Israeli flags. They are my enemies. And, quite frankly, they are yours, too.

Disagree with me if you must, but I am clear as a bell that history may sometimes repeat itself and it better not be with the reelection of Donald Trump. This misguided “Uncommitted Movement” may very well usher him in with their rhetoric. Whether or not they urge their flock of voters “not to back Republican nominee Donald Trump or third-party candidates” the election in November will be determined in the margins. You know, the margins, where slivers of people in specifics states and counties historically help presidential candidates win the electoral college. The margins, those areas with people who may or may not be antisemitic, but I can assure you they are SURELY NOT THAT INTO YOU!
