A Letter to The Honorable Sir Kim Darroch, Her Majesty's Ambassador to the United States of America

July 16 2018
Written by Pedro Baez.

YOUR EXCELLENCY--As an American, I believe I can speak for a great many of us who were appalled, embarrassed, and humiliated by the recent behavior exhibited by our so-called leader.

The fault for this person even being in office belongs to the American electorate who stupidly voted for this individual. I can assure Your Excellency I’m not one of those individuals.

When a country’s head of state goes abroad, they are supposed to express and show their very best behavior. After all, they’re representing the people of the state that they govern. Instead, this jerk shows nothing but disrespect towards Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth as well as Prime Minister Theresa May.

Many of us here in America were heartened by the displeasure and anger expressed by the British people. Perhaps this will hasten this albatross’s departure from our political scene.

In conclusion, Your Excellency, on behalf of all Americans, we wish to convey our deepest apologies to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, Prime Minister Theresa May, and the people of the United Kingdom for Donald Trump’s lack of manners.

Sincerely,

Pedro Baez
