Latino Theater Company presents the world premiere of Mascogos (Mahs-KO-gohs), a bold historical sci-fi drama by Miranda González exploring Mexico’s “Underground Railroad.” The play follows 18-year-old Jamari, who time-travels from 1864 Coahuila, Mexico, to today’s Chicago West Side, confronting questions of freedom, identity, and history that refuses to stay buried.

  • Run: Oct. 11–Nov. 9

  • Showtimes: Thurs–Sat 8 p.m., Sun 4 p.m.
