Sample a wide variety of moles—from Mole Poblano and Mole Negro-Oaxaca to Mole Vegano—and enjoy seasonal delicacies prepared by guest chef Margarita Villegas from Puebla.
This year’s festivities also feature the debut of the Mole Combi vehicle, bringing festival spirit to the streets of Los Angeles, plus a special performance by the Voladores de Papantla, a ritual dance from Veracruz recognized for its cultural symbolism.
