Cindy Montanez - CD6

As a long-time community leader I am running for City Council because our city government no longer works for us ordinary residents. Our Valley neighborhoods are ignored by City Hall and downtown power brokers.

As your next City Councilmember I will focus on:

  • Fighting bulky item trash dumping and cleaning up our neighborhoods
  • Fixing our broken streets and sidewalks
  • Rebuilding our infrastructure and creating good paying jobs
  • Reforming the Department of Water and Power and fighting rate increases
  • Balancing our city budgets and living within our means

And most importantly, I will lead the fight against big money special interests that are controlling city government. Together we will make sure that we ordinary residents have once again a voice in our city government.
