Meditation explained

ARCHIVE

You probably not surprised to hear that meditation begins with understanding your brain.

The neo-cortex is divided into 4 lobes. The parietal, the temporal, and occipital and the frontal.

The frontal lobes are the part of the brain where we experience the “good” feelings like joy, love, and altruism.

The exciting part is that with the help of fMRI machines, they have now proven that we can change the physiology of our brains with a regular meditation practice connecting the parts of the brain that help you feel serene and loving.   Before you know it, your brain will actually start craving meditation.

Meditation has personally helped me to overcome ADD and focus on what is truly important to me: bringing valuable information and healing to you.
