Neighborhood Council Budget Advocates Release Recommendations for 2013-14 Mayor’s Budget

WHITE PAPER 2013 - The Neighborhood Council Budget Advocates presented recommendations for the 2013-14 City Budget to the City Council on Wednesday.

It was offered earlier to the Mayor and the Education and Neighborhoods Committee. This is the 3rd year the NCBA has been invited to present its Budget White Paper to the Council.
