100% PRECINCTS REPORTING - LA’s small voter turnout on Tuesday produced few surprises. Eric Garcetti and Wendy Greuel, Mike Feuer and Carmen Trutanich and Ron Galperin and Dennis Zine are headed for runoffs for Mayor, City Attorney and Controller respectively.

Kevin James, the long-shot attorney and radio personality topped Jan Perry and placed third in the Mayor’s race.

With major endorsements and late momentum Galperin surprised and outscored Zine in the Controller battle.

Voters rejected Prop A, not altogether a surprise, but the margin is: 55% of the voters said no.

Elsewhere: In the School Board District 4 contest, Steve Zimmer beat the outsider dollar machine and won reelection.
