As Executive Director of the Korean American Coalition, I have bridged the gap between our immigrant communities and the communities at large. I worked tirelessly to build coalitions through initiatives like the Korean-Latino Table Talks, Asian Jewish Initiative and other broader collaborations.
District 10 needs a representative who understands diversity is a strength that empowers communities to prosper and grow. Our district deserves a representative who understands that regardless of your origin or what language you speak at home, everyone deserves access to better jobs and a better quality of life for their families.
I am a proud Angelena and a product of LAUSD who went on to become an attorney and an advocate for children’s rights. If elected, I will promote youth programs because healthier, thriving children help build a stronger foundation for communities. That’s just the beginning. I will work to bring safety and economic vitality to all of our neighborhoods.
