> President Trump said recently that he got more electoral votes than any president since Reagan. Not close to being true, of course. What’s worse, any fool can Google it in seconds and know it’s not true. And yet … we’re alright with it. Moral leadership from our President no longer an expectation. Feeling a bit squirmy about being lied to? Let’s call it ‘alternative facts’ and watch the discomfort go away. Ignorance has such healing power.
