#  LA’s Donor District?

**VOICES-**-Above please find picture I took of the West LA Civic Center … home of Council District 11 in the West LA. So, I told Neighborhood Councils. Also, the home of the West LA farmer’s market.

This is a total disgrace. How does CD11 allow this to happen in our community when you’re out planting trees in Mar Vista impacting food bag in Venice.

Where is our deputy? Where is our service?

I am tired of West LA being a donor district.
