> The event is produced by **Eduardo Khawam**, founder and president of Metropolitan Fashion Week, who has spent more than a decade transforming his vision into one of the West Coast's premier fashion organizations. Born in Venezuela and arriving in the United States on a scholarship at age 18, Khawam built Metropolitan Fashion Week from the ground up, expanding it into an internationally recognized showcase with events in Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Seattle, Mexico, Spain, and Venezuela.

> Unlike traditional fashion weeks, Khawam's productions are known for blending haute couture with architecture, visual arts, music, and philanthropy. His runway events have been staged in museums, historic landmarks, studios, and architecturally significant venues, creating immersive experiences that celebrate both fashion and culture.
