VOICES-(Re CityWatch article ‘Can We Legalize a Walkable City’) Great ideas but City Council poised to approve next week 352 apt units in Harbor Gateway heavy industry zone next to existing heavy industry uses despite unanimous rejection by Planning Commission and Planning Dept. Not very walkable. Not very smart!
