Obama: Side-Stepper-In-Chief

They barely manage to be speed bumps to the passage of civil rights robbing legislation. They sneak off to socialize with rebels (not to be confused with terrorists). They allow kill lists, torture, unlimited spending of the Federal Reserve, undeclared and perpetual war. So who needs them? 

Obama is capable of side stepping any opposition in Congress, and has the absolute power to dissolve constitutional mandates. The Senate is but a fly on the donkeys behind, a slight nuisance at best. He is the High Priest of Side Stepping and has a long list to prove it: 

• Obama side-stepped Congress to send arms to Syrian opposition fighters.

• Obama is planning to sidestep Congress to implement a national plan to combat climate change.

• He side-stepped Congress to limit carbon emissions from power plants.

• He side-stepped Congress on issues of gun control.

• He side-stepped Congress to fill vacancies on the National Labor Relations Board 

• He side-stepped Congress and chose to intervene in the Libyan Civil War

• He side-stepped Congress and granted de facto Amnesty to over 800,000 illegal immigrants.

• He side-stepped Congress rolling back provisions in No Child Left Behind. 

• He committed American military forces and put them into combat by first going to the United Nations. Ignoring Congress.

• He side stepped an NDAA detainee provision requiring they be brought before military courts.

• He side stepped his very own Executive Order banning taxpayer-funded abortion.

But to be fair, Obama side stepped the media too.  Congress isn’t the only victim. So, go ahead and turn off your televisions. Do you really need another fake “news show” to go along with your fake democracy? 

You don’t really want to see any of the atrocities in foreign lands paid for by your tax dollars do you? 

Obama is sparing us the truth. Have you even missed real news on television?  I know you don’t require an explanation for your poisoned food, sky, and water. You accept your gas prices, your foreclosures, and jobless future.  Bring on the fake reality shows. 

Do you really want to know who is behind this disastrous decision making? I mean what exactly are you going to do about it? Though whistle blowers risk their lives and freedom to bring you the truth, Obama slides to the right with that smile that charms so many and what ever wrong doing that he has done, he will be insulated from accountability.  

Obama has side stepped the looming impact of ignoring the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster in Japan. As radiation levels in America rise as much as 1500% in some areas, no action has been taken to keep the public informed, or provide health alert warnings. 

Some would say that Obama side stepped the courts and law.  He has yet to be held accountable for a plethora of accusations regarding the NSA revelations, the IRS targeting,  the Benghazi cover up charges, for keeping the Guantanamo Bay detention center open, or warrantless wiretapping of Americans. His growing list of known offenses makes you wonder about his unknown offenses.

He is the Fred Astaire of side stepping.  On global matters and human rights issues, he is awarded honors that defy reality. The Nobel Peace Prize was his greatest side stepping feat of all, for he managed to side step his actions, his reputation, his words, his hypocrisy and his conscious. Can they take these honors away?

While America is demanding a smaller and less intrusive government, Obama is growing it into the biggest police state ever.  He side steps the opinion of the majority.

Of the 95 new political candidates who signed the Progressive Change Campaign Committees pledge promoting internet regulation, zero was elected! Despite American opposition to internet control, Obama acquiesced to UN pressure. On Dec. 21,2010 using the FCC in a coup d’etat, he imposed regulations bypassing Congress.  Soon content and costs and control will become central issues. Obama now has the kill switch in his side stepping, power hungry hand.

As for the economy, Obama can side step any blame in its lack of recovery.  While billions flow to foreigners at war, to despot rulers, criminal bankers, and our own multinational war, do not look to blame Obama. He merely inherited a system that he exploited to its fullest potential.

Until Congress asserts its authority, and we return to the checks and balances the constitution conveyed, voting is nothing more than a popularity contest, decided by hijacked votes and deep pockets of corporations;  An absolute waste of time. This said by a person who never missed a chance to vote.

Congress has no one to blame but them selves. So eager to get corporate dollars for future elections, they surrendered their own power along with protection of American interests. Congress has become, just like the rest of America, a mere witness to Obama’s reign.
