# Coro's Women in Leadership Luncheon

| \| Here at Coro, we believe that contributing to women’s leadership growth and professional networks is essential to the success of Southern California and our world. In 2019, we launched our [Women in Leadership](https://corola.us11.list-manage.com/track/click?u=340f37183c8b705f5e8693594&id=426caf8f3f&e=60d9cfef39) (WIL) program, bringing together mid-career women across the private, nonprofit, and government sectors to expand their leadership capacities, equipping them with the skills and network to drive impact at work and in their communities. Since then, 226 women have gone through the program, building a strong network of women who support one another’s personal and professional growth. We are excited to host our third annual [Women in Leadership Luncheon](https://corola.us11.list-manage.com/track/click?u=340f37183c8b705f5e8693594&id=060e203ea0&e=60d9cfef39) on **Friday, April 1, 2022** at the **Skirball Cultural Center** to celebrate the transformative impact that women leaders are having on our region and democracy, and to engage and connect civic leaders and advocates for women's leadership. The Luncheon will feature a keynote speaker and a panel of women leaders from across industries and sectors to share their leadership journeys.
