--- # Board of Fire Commissioners Special Meeting Thursday, Apr 29 AGENDA BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. SUE STENGEL INDEPENDENT ASSESSOR EXECUTIVE OFFICE 200 NORTH MAIN STREET, SUITE 1840 LOS ANGELES, CA 90012 (213) 978-3838 PHONE (213) 978-3814 FAX In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (March 17, 2020) and due to ongoing and escalating concerns relative the Coronavirus Pandemic, the Fire Commission meeting will be conducted entirely telephonically. The meeting will not be conducted at the Fire Commission Meeting Room, City Hall East, Room 1820, 200 North Main Street – 18th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Members of the public are invited to address the Board of Fire Commissioners on any item on the agenda prior to action by the Board on that specific item. Public comment will be limited to two (2) minutes per individual for each item addressed. Time cannot be ceded to another speaker, and an individual may speak only once during any individual agenda item. Only those who are in the queue when the President begins public comment on a specific agenda item will be allowed to speak on that item. Individuals may listen to and/or participate in the Fire Commission Meeting using one of the following 2 formats: (1) THE FIRE COMMISSION MEETING CAN BE HEARD LIVE BY DIALING: (213) 621-CITY (METRO); (818) 904-9450 (VALLEY); (310) 471-CITY (WESTSIDE); OR (310) 547-CITY (SAN PEDRO AREA) For individuals calling in via one of the above telephone numbers, Public Comment can only be received using the following method: Submit written public comments to the Fire Commission via email at LAFDFireCommission@lacity.org no later than 5:00 PM, May 3, 2021. (2) TELEPHONIC DIAL IN, WITH PUBLIC COMMENT FEATURE: You may also listen to the meeting live and give verbal public comment via telephone. Public participants should dial the phone number 1 (669) 900-9128. Public participants will be asked for a Meeting ID, and should enter 822 4190 6351, followed by the # (pound sign). Participants press # (pound sign) again to continue. Participants will then be joined into the meeting. To raise your hand on this phone call to give verbal Public Comment, press \*9.
