The Neighborhood Council system enables civic participation for all Angelenos and serves as a voice for improving government responsiveness to local communities and their needs. We are an advisory body to the City of Los Angeles, comprised of volunteer stakeholders who are devoted to the mission of improving our communities and bringing government to us.

VIRTUAL MEETING TELECONFERENCING NUMBER FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

In conformity with the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (MARCH 17, 2020) and due to concerns over COVID-19, the Pico Union Neighborhood Council meeting will be conducted entirely telephonically. Every person wishing to address the Neighborhood Council must dial +1 (669) 900-6833 or (877) 853 5257 (Toll Free), and enter the meeting ID 979 9571 2926 and then press # to join the meeting. Instructions on how to sign up for public comment will be given to listeners at the start of the meeting.

5. MOTIONS &amp; PRESENTATIONS:

    1. Discussion and possible action to approve the Monthly Expenditure Report (MER) for the month of November 2020.
    2. Discussion and possible action to approve the Monthly Expenditure Report (MER) for the month of December 2020.
    3. Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes of the January 6th, 2021 Special General Board MeeNng
    4. Discussion and possible action to allocate funds up to $5000.00 for use regarding Neighborhood Council ElecNons.
6. Board Member Comments (15 Minutes)

    1. Comment on Member’s own activities/brief announcements.
    2. Brief response to statements made or questions posed by persons exercising their general public

        comment rights/ask staff questions for clarification.
    3. Introduce new issues for consideration by the PUNC at its next meeting and to place on the future

        agenda.
