Public Safety Planning Meeting December 13, 2018 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

1\) Welcome and introductions

2\) Public Comment on non-agenda items (2 Minutes per person)

3\) Where are we in identifying Vender locations for Expo?

4\) How Many responses have we received from City Departments?

5\) Discuss response to Dr. Lucy Jones’s Office reply.

6\) Discuss layout for event and set up due to responses and to fill out special event

1. sheet for Rec and Park.

7) Make sure all assignments for everyone are clear of what tasks are.
8\) Next planning meeting to be announced
