We are grateful to each of the artists for their vision, creativity and hard work. The mural is the second and final phase of a beautification project at Rosewood Gardens. Earlier this Spring, nearly 30 community volunteers including members of the Fairfax District business community, LA Conservation Corps and Councilmember Paul Koretz rolled-up their sleeves to clean the park and surrounding blocks. The BONC Agenda Posting Policy also requires Neighborhood Councils to: 1. Physically post at least one Brown Act compliant agenda for all Board and Committee meetings. This means that an NC must post to at least 1 physical location not less than 72 hours in advance of a regular meeting and not less than 24 hours in advance of a special meeting; 2. Post on the Neighborhood Council’s website not less than 72 hours in advance of a Regular meeting and not less than 24 hours in advance of a Special meeting. If a Neighborhood Council does not have a website, it must post at 5 to 7 physical locations, one of which must be posted not less than 72 hours in advance of a Regular meeting and not less than 24 hours in advance of a Special meeting; and 3.
