 **Dr. Alon Ben-Meir** is a retired professor of international relations, most recently affiliated with NYU’s Center for Global Affairs. He specialized in international negotiation and Middle Eastern studies, and has written extensively on diplomacy, conflict resolution, and geopolitics.
