#  LA Zoo Entry Fees Going Up

***![](https://www.citywatchla.com/images/stories/June-2014/12046g.png)GRIFFITH PARK***-Los Angeles Zoo admission rates are going up by $1 next month, following City Council approval of the hike today.

Adult admissions will become $19 on July 1, while rates for children aged 2 to 12 will rise to $14.

Seniors rates, which apply to those 62 years and over, will go up to $16.

Rates for groups of at least 15 people are also going up, from $15 to $16 a person for adults, and from $12 to $13 for children.
