LA 2020 Report is a Farce

VOICES-(Re ‘A City Hall Miracle…’) The 2020 Commission report, A Time for Action, is a farce. It is worse than a farce; it is riddled with corruption itself, written by people completely ignorant about Los Angeles and who have no qualifications to pontificate upon anything to do with LA's future.

The defects with the 2020 Commission's report have been set forth more than once, yet fools, utter fools, jockey to be its  main supporters -- while remaining totally ignorant of who actually wrote this bit of trash.

If one wants to know what LA is deteriorating, a study of the circumstances around the 2020 Commission would be a good place to start. It is a report written by goniffs and supported by knaves who think that are community watchdogs.

The report's supreme lack of integrity is highlighted by the fact that a prime recommendation was the combining of the LA and the Long beach ports. Mickey Kantor represents BNSF Railway, the nation's second largest freight rail line which would benefit to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars if the two ports were combined. In brief, the report lobbies for millions of dollars to b dumped into the pockets of Mickey Kantor and his client BNSF Railway.

From this low point, the report goes down hill.
