[Click on Video Report for Excerpts] With the February Primary election looming, two Harbor neighborhood councils … Coastal San Pedro and Northwest San Pedro … collaborated with the San Pedro Chamber of Commerce and hosted a debate on the so-called phone tax ballot measure, Proposition S. The event was held Sunday at the Port of LA High School auditorium.
Attorney’s Michael Keeley (pro) and Walter Moore (con) were featured.
