LAPD Chief Bill Bratton and west Valley Councilman Dennis Zine have had a public dustup …. with Bratton telling Chanel 4 that Zine’s idea for a “personal safety zone” between paparazzi and their subjects was “grandstanding and foolishness and a waste of City time.”
Zine countered by saying that when the City spends $25,000 to transport Britney Spears to a hospital to protect her from paparazzi, it’s serious. Watch their public spat here.
